Bra öl till bra priser, fick fel öl, gjorde dock inget då den också var bra. Men jag är 100% säker på min sak då jag testat ~10.000 olika öl. Lovar att jag känner skillnad på en spontanjäst belgisk och en amerikansk pale ale 😇 Personalen hävdade bestämt att det var rätt öl.

Hyrde 2 banor bowling. Bägge var 10-15 min sönder av en timme.. Annars bra stämning.

My group and I had a bad experience. We asked if there was a shuffleboard available and were told “yes.” So we booked one and went to our reserved shuffleboard, but it was already taken by another group who were playing. We went back to the cashier/bartender and told him that the shuffleboard was already taken. He told us that we should ask the other group to leave since we had booked it, basically we needed to handle the situation ourselves. So we went back and told the other group that we had booked the shuffleboard. They replied, “So did we. We just started playing.” This interaction was uncomfortable and really killed the mood for both groups. We went back to the bartender and explained the situation again. He said that the other group should not be there, so I asked him to come with us and explain it to them. He said okay, but then started chatting with a friend. After apron. 3 min, he finally came over to the shuffleboard and asked the other group if they had booked it and who had booked it for them. It turned out that the shuffleboard had been double-booked by the bartender and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, he blamed it on a coworker. We were then asked if we could wait another hour to play, but we didn't have time, so we asked for a refund. The cashier asked if we wanted a gift card instead. I said no, and he then walked away. Another coworker took over and started asking us the same questions about whether we wanted a gift card etc.. Everyone makes mistakes, and that's okay. What makes the difference is how you deal with them.
