Hej Lisa, Vad tråkigt att läsa att du var så missnöjd med ditt besök på Bodegan förra torsdagen. Jag skulle gärna vilja förstå lite mer om vad som hände under kvällen, då vi hade öppet fram till kl. 02.00. Du gav maten betyget 1 av 5, vilket gjorde oss något förvånade eftersom vi inte serverar mat på Bodegan. Du skrev också att en person i vår personal uppträdde otrevligt mot dig. Jag vore tacksam om du kunde beskriva vad som hände och vad det var i bemötandet som du upplevde som otrevligt. Jag vill också gärna veta hur vi kan kompensera dig för din besvikelse. När vi har gjort fel, eller när en gäst av någon anledning lämnar oss missnöjd, försöker vi alltid reda ut vad som hänt och hitta en rimlig lösning. Hi Andreas, I don't quite understand what you mean by this post. Was it during the incident with two of our female guests a couple a days ago and we ended up having to dismiss an Andreas from our restaurant? If I seemed condescending then, You might been mistaking that for anger, and I don't think our guests who are behaving properly see me in that way. Welcome to Sweden, it was me that welcomed you in and explained the rules of how to socialize with the Covid-regulations that are for the moment, in Sweden. It was your own choice to stand in a queue för that period and wait for a table when the bar obviously was out of tables. If I have my hours right, you all wrote this seven or eight "1*" reviews in the queue, just befor there was a table for six of you...
