Mäklare som bryr sig om kund och säljare. Använde SkandiaMäklarna i Eskilstuna nu i december 2025 som säljare och kan absolut rekommendera dem.

Me and my husband had planned a showing with an agent and rented a car specifically for that occasion as we are not of the area. First of all, we had to park far away from the actual apartment buildings which was very unpleasant and we had to walk through unfinished and industrial real estate landscape and then we were freezing in the cold and no sales person appeared!! We called a few times but no single answer!! Suddenly, we receive an sms that the sales person apparently got sick. But that same person did not have the respect nor the proper education to either take the phone or immediately make sure a substitute would come, receive us and show us the apartments. At that point our feet were frozen and we felt also so unwell and left alone in the unknown and ugly area that reminded strongly of a ghost town. Our complaint has not been handled at all neither was there any signs of customer friendliness nor understanding. The contrary was the case: the absolute unprofessional and respectless behaviour of the young sales person was reinforced. Hence: absolutely do not recommend this real estate company to anyone!
