Bought this beaded necklace for 140€ in Stockholm. My toddler broke it within the first week. I reached out to ask for A/S and learned it can’t be helped because it’s not a product flaw. The stones are beautiful and I was super happy with the necklace. But when I paid 140€ for a stone necklace, I thought I was paying either for more quality or better service. Then I saw on their webpage both this necklace and the earrings I bought for the same price are made in India, maybe that also explains why no A/S can be provided by the brand itself. I was really very disappointed. And said so in the email. Then they copy pasted my message and sent it back to me word by word. I don’t know if it’s a mistake or there is an underlying message. Strange in either case. I won’t be going back because I don’t think the products are worth the high prices given the lack of service and in-house craftsmanship.

Based on your description, the necklace broke when your child accidentally pulled it apart. We therefore assessed the breakage as accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect. We understand that you were hoping for help repairing a necklace you loved, and we’re sorry our communication left you feeling unsupported. Ingen bra upplevelse av detta företaget som kund. Lång leveranstid, produkt under förväntan vilket ledde till retur, lång väntan på hantering av retur och fick vänta veckor på återbetalning. Kommer aldrig köpa något här igen!

I purchased a beautiful necklace from…

I purchased a beautiful necklace from Blue Billie, but ended up returning. I had some intial trouble making the return and the team at Blue Billie jumped right in to help. The service and attentiveness of the staff were above and beyond, so so helpful and kind! The quality of their products is impressive, very well made with beautiful, unique details. I will absolutely purchase from Blue Billie again!
