Hej Katarina! Vad tråkigt att du inte gillade potatisen, vi undrade precis om det var något som inte var till belåtenhet när vi såg den stå här. Jag ser att vi hade missat gräslöken och dressingen låg i botten, vet inte om det hade förändrat något - men den brukar vara riktigt poppis! Hello Albertina, Thank you for your review. We are sad to hear that you feel our food is lacking, we do however update the menus just as often as we have done the previous years (twice a year for springtime and fall). We have had a period this fall/winter where many of our dear colleagues have moved on to studies and new career opportunities - all of whom we are very happy for and proud of, but it has also meant that we have had several open positions to fill at the same time. We have also had struggles finding regular staff who can work more hours a week, while we have had a lot of interest from "extra" workers who are available on weekends and evenings. The result has been that we have had to have more staff working shorter periods to puzzle together. This is a challenge that is not unique to us - but for many in our industry (cafés/restaurants) post Covid. There are lots of amazing places in Malmö screaming for competent kitchen staff, and it is a hot topic of discussion that isn't something our guests and customers are necessarily familiar with. We understand that you see a high staff turnover, but hopefully this helps you get a little bit of insight as to why. We are still looking to fill postitions in the café, at the same time we are welcoming our new amazing co-workers who have all started this year and are still finding their way around a new job, while our more experienced staff is doing their best to find ways to be available for support while not working more than they should. We are constantly discussing and re-evaluating our routines to make sure we find sustainable ways of working, which is of course our highest priority! We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, knowing that we are not there yet. We are happy to hear that you still enjoy the food and fika and we hope to see you (and your fluffy friends) here again in the future! 😊 Best wishes, Jasmin & colleagues

Dear Mimi, I am sorry that you had to wait a long time for your food. As you have probably noticed, we currently have a majority of staff in the café that are completely new to the job and are experiencing their first busy weekends in the café, as the sun is starting to come out. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding that they are new and doing their best. We value your feedback and assure you that we are doing everything we can to find a sustainable and effective way to staff these peak hours in particular, which without a doubt has been a challenge. We are also still looking for staff to fill more senior positions - if you know someone who would like to work with us, please spread the word!
