Mixed experience - great flavors, but kitchen and service oversight on the fish course We recently dined here and had a mixed experience. The overall ambiance and flavor profiles of the dishes were enjoyable, but there were a few notable issues regarding food prep and service that did not quite align with a fine dining standard. During our fish course, we encountered both fish scales and bones. While prep errors can occasionally happen, the response from the service team was quite minimal-after we brought it to our server's attention, she simply mentioned she would pass the feedback to the kitchen staff, with no further follow-up or acknowledgment during the rest of the meal. The cooking and seasoning themselves were good, but closer attention to basic prep (pin-boning and scaling) and a more proactive service recovery would have made a big difference. Sharing this constructively in hopes it helps the team refine their quality.

Lyxig fransk restaurang med härlig atmosfär mitt i Lunds kulturkvarter. Underbar mat, dryck och service. Vi kommer tillbaka!
