So, when you book on beauty by Lina, for a 1 hour service they show 1 hour 15 minute time. Like from 4:45 to 6. That's what I booked. I got late and reached at 4:55. Then as I was new here, I started asking her about the package and stuff, the person did not tell me once that she will put a hard stop to the service at 5.45 sharp. Neither did she inform me that she will deduct the complete massage from my service. She started at around 5.10 after talking to me, cleaned my nails and that's it. Applied a cream and done. I said the appointment was till 6, she said no, times up at 5.45. I have sore feet due to my weight issues. The main reason I went there for a foot massage was to relax them. There is a duty involved, they have to ask me what I want. I would have chosen massage over nail cleaning. So the hard part she completely did not do. And the service was 965 kr. Can you believe them! Never visiting the place ever again.
