Very disappointed with the customer service here. I came to use my Mecenat student discount, which according to the terms should be shown directly at the cash register. However, the staff didn't understand and insisted that I order online instead. When I tried to follow their instruction, the online system didn't apply any student discount, and since it was almost closing time, I was forced to pay the full price of 568 SEK. I’ve always ordered at the counter before and received my student discount without any issues. Feeling confused, rushed, and dismissed by the staff made for a terrible experience. Management really needs to properly train their staff regarding student discount policies and counter assistance so other students don't have to face this embarrassing situation."
