Extremely noisy construction workers and the customer service crew was very unhelpful. Today I had two workers from Bäckström starting an incredibly loud noise at 7am just outside my window. They had a strong blade and were cutting through asphalt. It may be allowed by the council to start working at 7am, but it doesn't mean it is the right (and neighborly) thing to do. It woke me up horribly after a day I was working until very late and I really needed the sleep. I called the company to file a complaint or see what was possible to be done and was transferred to a woman called Malin. She hung up on me. I called again and the next person I was transferred to ended up transferring me to someone else and I was left with a voice mail instead - useless.
