Friday, 18/09-2026, I had the pleasure of talking with Samir in the NK-shop, in Göteborg - he was kind enough to help guide me to the Flagship store, also in Göteborg. Here I received excellent service from John, as well as good help/guidance. I was just looking around, not intending to purchase anything, but John was helpful and found some other colorways/sizes in the storage room, and I ended up leaving the store with a few nice items. The team was helpful and friendly - it was a lovely shopping experience for my first pair of Axel Arigato’s - couldn’t be more perfect as I wanted something to remind me of Gothenburg 😀

I was initially skeptical about the price point of this brand, but after inspecting the footwear in person in Gothenburg, the build quality convinced me immediately. The material selection is top-tier, and the stitch detailing is incredibly precise. After a two-hour test run, it’s clear: zero break-in period required. This is functional design at its best. Definitely a brand I’ll be keeping on my radar for future orders. Best Tim

Always was a fan of the brand and its products, never owned myself but bought a nice cap and tshirt this time - both stylish and simple. Not leaving a review for the products though - retail hospitality was 10/10. Shaja (Shajan?) was really great, exactly the type of helpful and genuine staff that make shopping an experience and not just a transaction! Guy deserves a raise a promotion more employee discounts, whatever it is he deserves it 🤩
