There is no actual Avis office at this address. Despite arriving an hour before our train departed, we missed our train while trying to figure out how to drop off our rental car to a place that doesn’t exist. We had to wait 7 hours for the next train. Avis had not given us any instructions for this drop-off. We had come from overseas and our phones didn’t work, and there are no pay phones in the station. It later was revealed to us that if you drop your car off at this location, Avis expects you to call them, and then a person from a different office will drive over (taking 20-30 minutes). I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I didn't get requested car seat for my baby and was contacted just an hour before pickup about the error. When I returned the car I had to wait for 20 minutes after the appointed time before an employee from Avis retrieved the car.
