Kjempe flotte svært behjelpelig taxi sjåfør, som stilte opp da vi gikk tom for drivstoff.

Absolute heroes — Saved us when emergency services couldn't.I am writing this with immense gratitude for Aurora Taxi Kiruna and our driver, Mr. Anwar. We found ourselves in a life-threatening situation at 2:30 AM, we call to many taxi company but the middle of the night no one replied to us stranded in 23 degrees celsius weather because our host failed to provide check-in details. Most shockingly, when we called the Swedish emergency number (112), they did not support us or send the police or an ambulance to help us get out of the extreme cold. We were truly on our own and terrified for our lives. Mr. Anwar was the only one who answered the call for help. He rescued us from the freezing temperatures and ensured we reached safety. He didn't just provide a taxi service; he saved our lives when the official systems failed. We are forever grateful to him and this company.

We arrived in Kiruna from Luleå after our train was cancelled. We caught an Aurora taxi to Best Western and we talked about how we would get to Narvik later if our next train was cancelled too. We were told this is possible by taxi, and we called later to book for four. Anwar drove us and another couple to Narvik in their mini-van taxi. The taxi was spacious and comfortable even for over two hour drive. Anwar drove very safely, despite there being lots of ice and challenging conditions. Thanks guys, our plans were able to continue on schedule and you were very accommodating! Takk!
