Absolute great customer service! Placed a review about a broken kickstand due to air bells in het molding process as seen at the broken piece of metal. A day or so later I recieved a message to get in contact on the e-mail, so I did. The customer service offered me a completely new standard and even a gift as support for the quality problem with only this single standard! Recieved the standard very quickly although I live in thé bicycle land; The Netherlands. The standard is working very nice and is as the old one perfectly studry for this heavy eBike! Thank you very much all of the Atran Velo team! With kind regards, Thomas.

Fenomenal kundservice!

I really love their products. Many bike baskets are rather ugly. Not the Epic from AtranVelo. I also have the Cool Top for barbecues at the river. But the most versatile is my Zap Easy top basked. Just the right size for a city ride or smaller tour. I even have space for a rain jacket, drink, snack, pump and tools if you enlarge the compartment. My RockMachine E-bike came with AVS connectors. This is how I discovered AtranVelo to begin with. Very happy.
