Had lunch here three times in the span of a week while visiting Malmö and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The beef tartare is incredible, the skirt steak, the fries, every single thing was a joy to my tastebuds. The staff is very friendly, and everyone in the kitchen seemed to love creating delicious meals

I’m honestly shocked when the food arrived, I paid 150 SEK for one piece of fish, and 150 SEK for two pieces of duck meat. It’s ridiculous of how expensive it is and it doesn’t even taste good. I am fine to pay but then the service and the food quality doesn’t match with the price they charge, the staff didn’t pay attention on what we need at all. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The food was good—don’t get me wrong. I come here for lunch almost every week and have recommended it to people many times. However, today was disappointing. We arrived while it was raining and changed tables once, which we informed the staff about. From the start, the staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming. I understand that working in service can be stressful, especially during bad weather and busy periods, but customers should still be treated with basic kindness and respect. We ordered three dishes, but after 40 minutes, one of them still had not arrived. No one seemed to acknowledge the delay or check in with us. In the end, we cancelled the missing dish and left. We did not receive an apology, explanation, or even a smile. I was actually the only person apologising, because I felt bad about having to change tables. That did not feel right. I have been coming here since you first opened and have never experienced anything like this before. I know it was busy, and I know the weather was poor, but if things are difficult, at least try to be kind and communicate with your guests. I also want to mention accessibility. Because of the rain and the outdoor seating layout, a person using a mobility scooter had to sit very uncomfortably and was almost halfway exposed to the rain. The seating area felt too cramped, with too many chairs outside. Please take this into consideration. I have genuinely enjoyed the food and the kindness I have received here on previous visits, which makes today especially disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not think I will be returning. Thank you for the good experiences over the past years.

Malmös dyrast bryggkaffe. Och inte ens gott. Konstigt när man har ett rosteri? Miljön är najs, men servicen lite trött. Konstigt! Konstigt.
