Right from the start I knew Art of Tibet would take good care of my order. The item I purchased was packed very well and make it to me in perfect condition. I look forward to future purchases from you. Many thanks.

I ordered an item from them, and for some reason they used a courier which doesn’t do home deliveries? The pickup point is 50km away from me. I was never told by them that I would have to go and pick up the item myself. I entered my home address and as with all online orders was expecting the item to arrive to my door. When I messaged Art of Tibet to ask then what’s happening they were very unhelpful saying that I need to call them (they don’t have a local phone number) and most likely they are not able to deliver to my apartment. And was told that really the only option after 4 weeks of waiting is to wait for the delivery to send back to them and only then get my refund. The postal service is not answering my emails. Not once did they offer to call the delivery or help with this whatsoever. I have wasted 4 weeks trying to get this item.

I am delighted with the thangka painting I created! Intricate details evoke cultural riches, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. This piece is truly captivating because of the vibrant colors that bring life to the spiritual themes. This isn't just art; it's a spiritual journey. The authenticity and depth make this thangka a valuable addition to my collection, a constant source of inspiration and reflection."

I bought already several items, each of them with a quality above expectation. And all delivered within the expected time frame and safely packed. And until now always with a little extra :-)
