I bought one of their tumblers as a gift to a friend back in July. 2 months later (and with normal use - no falls to the ground, with hand washing etc.), the plastic is bent and there are unwashable rust stains.
It looks very aesthetic when new and they have beautiful colours, but the quality is just not there for the price.
The worst thing is their response - 2 months wait time for anyone to come back to us and then no responsibility taken, just advising to 'wash it with soap'. Simply unacceptable for the price, there are better alternatives around.

Superbra tumbler som håller kylan länge. Upplever dock att det blir ett vakuum i flaskan när man skruvar på locket som gör det jättetrögt att dricka ur den. Måste ha den halvt uppskruvad för att det ska gå att dricka normalt ur sugröret.

Hej Maja, vacuum can upplevas på våra classic midi då vi strävar efter att produkten inte ska läcka. Därav kan classic midi upplevas ”tight” runt sugröret i början. Du kan dra åt locket ordentligt och sen tilta sugröret lite när du dricker så det kommer in luft där. Sen kommer den så småningom börja ”lätta” runt silikonet.

Vilken galet bra service!! Flaskan passar perfekt i bilen och används flitigt under dagarna! Ett måste om du inte har nån, och har du en så köp en till och ge bort i present!
Absolut bästa flaska jag köpt! Älskar hur rymlig den är och att mitt vatten håller sig kallt i över 24h+. Isen håller sig kvar hur länge som helst. Den här blir helt perfekt till sommaren när man tillbringar tid på sommaren. Ännu ett plus är att barnen älskar att dricka ur dem.
