O escritório e as rampas ficam no ponto azul 🔵. ⚠️ Atenção ao estacionar: se for frigorífico, cuidado com as portas! É mesmo à conta e não dá para abri-las depois de estacionar. Não tem duche nem espaço para fazer pausas. Carregamento rápido.

We installed a lift at our house spending a lot of money. This is our experience after almost 2 years. Please do not install this lift. Our lift randomly stops and traps the person inside with no option to open the door other than calling somebody in, to release the person. If you are alone at home, do not use the lift. We had several instances where I had to take emergency leave from work and travel back home to release my son or wife from the lift. The lift has several sensors- supposedly for safety, but when activated will trap the person in. The sensors can activate without any reason as has happened multiple times in our case. The lift door cannot be opened manually from inside. The lift has no option to connect to internet for remote support or diagnosis. It had a gsm sim but will only connect if there is 5G signal- which is not available everywhere in UK. Without 5G signal, even the manufacturer cannot remotely diagnose the issue. The lift cannot be reset remotely. Hence when it stops, somebody needs to come inside the house to manually reset and release the person. Obviously the person needs house key to get inside your house to release you. This lift is not fit for purpose. Think carefully before installing this. Today when I called in the engineer to check the issue, he said there is no problem with the lift, and the advice was to not use the lift unless necessary, and always carry mobile phone when entering the lift-in case it malfunctions and traps you in- to call for help. The built in emergency sim works only with good network coverage. We keep an emergency glass breaking hammer inside the lift now for use in case of emergency!!!.
