I spent four weeks in Norrköping and chose Apex because of its convenient location near my hotel and because they allowed me to enroll my pre-teen son. Unfortunately, he didn't end up working out as much as I had hoped, but I appreciated that they offered the option. The gym is a good size and has a great variety of machines and equipment. I was able to complete all of my regular workout routines without any issues. I mostly worked out in the mornings, when there were usually no more than five or six other people there. Even then, I never had to wait for a machine or dumbbells, as they have plenty available. One area that could be improved is organization. The gym has designated locations for the dumbbells, but I frequently found them in the wrong spots. I also wish there was a better system for organizing the weight plates, as they often seemed scattered around with little structure. Some of the machines also show signs of wear, although everything I used was functional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since I have a U.S. phone, I couldn't access the gym's app through my app store. They kindly allowed me to borrow a key, which I returned as agreed. It's worth noting that staff are not always on-site, but if you're having trouble creating an account or need assistance, send them an email. They communicate well and can let you know when someone will be available at the gym. Overall, it's a solid gym with good equipment, friendly staff, and a convenient location. If I return to Norrköping in the future, I would definitely work out here again.
