Jag älskar själva assistenten men köpte…

Jag älskar själva assistenten men köpte en grönsaksskärare som är urusel. Istället för att skiva potatisen blir den mosad om vartannat med skivorna. man måste hela tiden tömma skivar-innandömet manuellt annars stockar det sig och blir omöjligt att få ut. Det som är skivat borde väl ramla ut av sig självt. Reklamation gav mig en ny skärare men den var lika dålig.

I ordered this mixer approximately six…

I ordered this mixer approximately six months ago. Immediately, I had a problem in contacted the store that I purchased it from which was out of toronto ontario. They are one of ankarsrum representatives. The machine kept shutting off on me.And it looked like the dials were not on there correctly. Within the thirty day return period I contacted the company that I purchased from... basically, they wanted nothing to do with me, however they did have a ankarsrum representative contact me. After videotaping, what the mixer was doing, she finally replied to me, saying, oh, the dials, or the screws had not been tightened and they wanted me to take the dials off, put a screwdriver in there and tighten it. Seriously, I just paid over a thousand dollars for a mixer, and i'm fixing it. Anyways, months later, I do a lot of baking and have been extremely unhappy with this mixer, and yes, it continues to shut off. Customer service is non existence, and I would not recommend this machine to anyone. Also, the plastic bowl that it comes with for cookies and the beaters are totally useless.

Själva grundmaskinen är jag nöjd med…

Själva grundmaskinen är jag nöjd med men glassmaskinstillbehöret håller inte nivå. Maskinen kräver att man passar den konstant för blir glassen lite hårdare än maskinen klarar bryts locket sönder. Detta då vispen som rör runt glassen sitter fast i locket och när glassen stelnar fastnar vispen samtidigt som maskinen och locket snurrar och då bryter sönder locket. Själva glassmaskinstillbehören går ej heller att köra i diskmaskin. Till företagets fördel har de dock accepterat reklamation.

Horrible company!

Contacted Ankarsrum to start a return on my mixer as it didn't work as promised and definitely not to my liking and needs. I was told I could return it but the cost to do so would be $198.50, I find this outrageous and would definitely NOT recommend this mixer. If you have doubts go with KitchenAid or another company as Ankarsrum does not seem to treat its customers fairly!!!

Dispatch info would be nice

I ordered one of their mixers based on reviews of the quality of the dough mixer. I placed the order Sunday night. I the. Read the reviews on trust pilot and was worried if it would ever show. It has turned up two days after ordering it, got a message from DPD with a 2 hour time slot and arrived bang on time. I would have given 5 stars but there was no dispatch notification which would be great to know it’s on the way or even tracking information. The product itself is great, built to last and a seven year motor warranty so I am looking forward to many years of bread making.

Service sehr schlecht.

Die Maschine ist gut, der Kundenservice dafür unterirdisch... Ich habe eine Maschine gekauft die im Jahr 2022 hergestellt würde. Es ist ein Kunststoffring verschlissen, ein Centartikel, der den Walzenstift arretiert. Bei Ankarsrum Deutschland habe ich erfahren dass Ichbei deinen keineErsatzteile bekomme da der Händler bei dem die Maschine gekauft würde, nicht autorisiert ist... Weder in der FAQ, den AGB noch auf der Webseite ist darauf hingewiesen dass nur bei "autorisierten" Händler gekauft werden sollte da sonnst kein Garantie Anspruch besteht. Im Gegenteil. Laut Ankarsrum besteht ein Garantieanspruch alleine anhand von Typenschild... Kurz gesagt ein Kindergarten. Eine absolute Verachtung mir gegenüber. So benimmt sich keine Firma die von sich etwas hält

Jeg købet en røremaskine som absolut ikke lever op til den den skal kunne Opdaget at der var metalstykker i min dej. Aldrig har jeg skrevet med så en augant sælger , og han vil ikke give pengene tilbage på den dyre maskine så absolut ingen stjerner her fra men man skal markere på stjernerne. Og aldrig skal jeg have nogle af deres maskiner igen

C'est un robot TRES atypique qui ne ressemble à rien d'autre : Apres 5 ans d'utilisation essentiellement pâte à pain , pizza , brioches : * le mode d'emploi est quasi inexistant : l'usage du crochet et/ou du rouleau et ses réglages ne sont décrits NULLE PART , Les vidéos et masterclass officielles sont en anglais ! il faut se débrouiller par soi-même pour deviner comment ca marche et faire le tri dans la multitude de vidéos YT aussi stupides qu'inutiles Les pates ratées, les échecs sont nombreux : gaspillage de temps et d'ingrédients ! * les pates en petite quantité ( moins de 1 kg de farine) sont mal pétries * les pates à basse hydratation forment un bloc qui chauffe contre la cuve en rotation : la pate n'est pas pétrie du tout ! Bilan : presque la moitié de mes préparations sont mal pétries et je dois les terminer à la main je précise que je fais 2 à 3 kg de pain par semaine depuis 10 ans et je sais ce qu'est un reseau de gluten , une pate pétrie ou pas et un réseau détruit par sur-pétrissage J'ai gaspillé une quantité de temps et d'ingrédients énormes et je ne maitrise toujours pas l'engin Vu le prix de vente , c'est un scandale ! le fabricant et le vendeur n'en ont rien à faire !

You can't count on a 7-year warranty

Vi købte vores dejlige Ankersrum i 2020, og har nydt at spise bagværk fra maskinen i 5 år. i år begyndte maskinen at larme og lave mislyde, og det var naturligt for os at sende maskinen til reparation hos Christian i Århus som er importør, og det var jo ingen problem da maskinen stadig var under garanti. Dagen efter at den var sendt, skrev Christian tilbage at maskinen desværre ikke kunne blive repareret på garantien, da den havde suget lidt melstøv ind i indsugningen, men han kunne godt skifte motoren for 800 kr. det valgte vi at få gjort da vi gerne vil køre videre med maskinen. Men jeg sidder tilbage og tænker hvordan man kan bruge en røremaskine i 5 år uden at der er melstøv i luften som kan suges ind, det kan vel nærmest ikke lade sig gøre. We bought our lovely Ankersrum in 2020, and have enjoyed eating baked goods from the machine for 5 years. This year the machine started to make noise and make strange noises, and it was natural for us to send the machine for repair to Christian in Aarhus, who is the importer, and it was no problem since the machine was still under warranty. The day after it was sent, Christian wrote back that unfortunately the machine could not be repaired under warranty, as it had sucked some flour dust into the intake, but he could change the motor for 800 kr. We chose to have that done because we want to continue using the machine. But I sit back and think how you can use a mixer for 5 years without there being flour dust in the air that can be sucked in, it is probably almost impossible.
