Väldigt dålig.Jag bokade två olika tider för antingen test och antikroppar test och betalade klart och när jag gick till kliniken,ingen var där och när jag ringde henne ,hon svarade att hon är hemma,så jag fick ingen hjälp,och ingen återbetalning heller,Hon förstörd min resa ,Man måste anmäla det till polisen.

Ingen var på plats när jag gick till min bokade tid. Ingen svarade på telefon eller mail, jag har försökt få mina pengar tillbaka men fortfarande inget svar. 😠😠😠😠😡😡😡

An easy place to find,and the staff are very helpful and easy to deal with, you get good exercise walking up to the 3rd floor 🤭 but other than that,great facilities never crowded and you get your results quickly and there mobile app is very convenient and easy to use,10/10 Well Done to the staff and owners,keep up the good work

They need reception/ telephonist staff to arrange appointments. The one nurse seems to be doing both test adminstration and answering the phone. Hence the phone line is always busy, my advice is to just turn up.

Thank you, we have staff but we are very busy. We have only online bookings for new patients as we are so busy but once you are registered we will take bookings by email. We will fit you in and won’t turn anyone away. Don’t hesitate to send an email next time you need to book if you are already registered.
Very responsive, accommodating and helpful. I needed a PCR test to fly (last minute policy change) and they were able to receive me and get me the test. Great service, professional, competent and reliable, highly recommended! Thank you - without you, I wouldn't have been able to catch my flight!
