This company is by far the worst travel agency I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Nobody should ever use this service. I was charged $354 for two nights at a hotel when it should have been charged on the AMEX GBT card. When I called the hotel, they told me to contact AMEX. When I contacted AMEX, there were three separate numbers I had to call until I reached a person who could help. They told me they would resolve the issue, but after a week, I called again. For some asinine reason the old number didn't work, so I had to chase down a new number again. Then, they told me that they tried to contact the hotel but they couldn't do anything about it and I should get my company to reimburse me. Flights are also much more expensive through this travel agency by the way. I hate this company, this company has no right to exist.

AmEx GBT are my workplace's procured travel agent, and after a few queries regarding different types of bookings, I'm sad to say that they appear almost completely incompetent.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. No answer to bookings via email and phone queue is hours without an answer. Completely horrible support also.

Had a flight to Stockholm that was cancelled by the Flight Company (Tarom). I was never notified of the change by AMEX, nor offered another ticket, and there were no other available flights that day. Keep up the good work, AMEX :)
