Vilken fantastisk matupplevelse på Svartlösavägen. Varje rätt var en uppvisning i både hantverk och presentation, där särskilt den smakrika anrättningen serverad i ett snäckskal imponerade stort. Det är en lyxig känsla att få sitta så nära köket och se kockarna arbeta. Hela besöket var genomgående högklassigt och jag ser verkligen fram emot nästa gång.

Rating this less than 5 stars seems criminal. Best time of our lives. Folks who do fine dining only for the taste of the food miss out on every other piece of the experience (service, ambiance, special secrets). The joy of a good Michelin restaurant is seeing what they let you get away with. Our night here back in August remains one of my favorite memories of all time. We were truly taken care of and the food was perfect.

Amazing experience, well worth it. Service is great, presentation of the dishes is superb. They are all unique. The lounge experience (dessert) was also a nice surprise.

Vilken höjdarekväll, vi fick äntligen möjlighet att besöka Aloë som vi velat så länge. Firar kärleken och våra 33 år tillsammans. Till det en meny utan like och en servering som verkligen höll stjärnstatus. Vi fick platserna vid köket så det blev ett intimt möte med maten och matlagarna. Fantastiska kombinationer och riktigt fint serverat. Det kostar en del så det här är en plats att besöka för de speciella tillfällena för oss i alla fall. Lugn och lite mystisk atmosfär. Väl värt sina stjärnor.

The service at Aloë was exemplary with friendly and professional staff that significantly enhanced the overall experience. Although I am usually not a fan of fish Aloë’s approach to seafood was a revelation. The preparation of the fish was both innovative and flavorful. The standout element of the meal was the sauce that accompanied the dish. It was an extraordinary creation on its own blending perfectly with the fish and adding a depth of flavor that elevated the entire course. I also enjoyed a wine pairing with the menu which was a highlight of the meal. Each wine was perfectly matched to the dishes enhancing the flavors and complementing the overall dining experience. The ambiance of Aloë contributed to the memorable experience creating an inviting and elegant setting that complemented the fine cuisine. Every detail from the presentation of the dishes to the meticulous service demonstrated the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. Aloë’s two Michelin stars are well-deserved reflecting both the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. This restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a top-tier meal.

Servicen otroligt, trevlig och kunnig. Maten var god men inte otrolig. Det var så mycket som pågick och de var nog lite för många rätter. Min största besvikelse var det alkoholfria dryckespaketet som var för komplex och för mycket kryddor i. Med den maten som de serverade borde drycken vara en komplett och inte något som är tyngre än själva maten.
