The quality of the products (I bought two lovely dresses) is very, very good, and the items arrived lovingly and securely packaged. The owner’s warm and attentive customer service deserves a special mention! I’ve rarely experienced anything quite like it. It’s all brilliant and I’d highly recommend it!

Dear Maria, we humbly thank you for this lovely review that made our day ! This is a real happiness - at the end every pleased customer is what makes it possible for us to keep going. We value you highly, thank you again.
I had bought 2 dresses by Agencies Turquoise in Cordelia James and loved them SO much I thought I must get another one and I love pink. I called them up directly and spoke with Elena the owner who was SO very helpful and said she would send me the pink one that I loved. It arrived within 4 days which was unbelievable and I have had SO many compliments on both dresses that I have worn. Both so cool and floaty and drape beautifully. In this weather I shall be wearing them as often as I can. Thrilled with the designs and with the excellent customer service. A precious little tote bag was enclosed with my order along with a perfumed shell. Thank you Elena - for designing such beautiful clothes and for being so incredibly kind.
