Avoid AFRY unless you like being jobless and having managers who dont help you find new positions. If you plan to work as a self employed consultant you will have to deal with unprofessional & unfair contracts written by AFRY & managers who avoid helping you getting new jobs and funnily enough - even promotes going to other consultancies.
