We had a really nice experience at this store! Tony was the sweetest! So helpful, friendly and at your service🫶 The store also have a good selection of products! Would definitely recommend

Had the most incredible in-store experience today with Cristina who was warm, welcoming and engaging. She is clearly knowledgeable about the range and was great at conjuring up imagery to describe the products and scents. We were well looked after, and left feeling (and smelling) great with big smiles on our faces.

Kunniga och entusiastiska personal. Aesop inredning är alltid i toppklass. Brukar för det mesta endast beställa online, men brukar oftast ta en omväg hem för att besöka denna butik och testa produkter.

This Aesop location in Stockholm is lovely. The staff were very helpful with my husband who needed help deciding on a new fragrance, and I picked up a new one for myself too. The products are incredible and you can test many of them out while in the store. The staff also gave us a couple of sample-sized items (body wash and lotion) to use while we were traveling. We would’ve taken more products home if we could’ve brought them all in our carry-on!

Couldn’t ask for more! The workers are extremely helpful I’m from London and usually in these higher end shops the workers seem to be more stoosh and not helpful. I was wrong when I came to this Aesop they were so kind and helpful really nice pair of humans. Letting me try all sorts of products and even had a very nice chat. To put the cherry on top offered me some testers that suited my skin type to try and said he linked it to my email as if liked and wanted to purchase. Thank you so much to the 2 workers one of them was called Natalie I believe however forgot the man’s name but extremely helpful both of them thank you for making my experience comforting and calming thank you 😊
