used this company for 5 years and they cut our services with no warning as the system needed upgrading, we offered to pay for the new instalment and they couldn't even get back to us. still after 4 months no response from the company even when we told them we had a new tracking company they didn't seem to be bothered. Would avoid at all costs

Great product. Awful customer service. As I have told them whenever I have actually managed to get hold of them, their customer service is the worst that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. We have had about 10 different 'account managers' over the past 5 years and each one has promised that things will be different before they have disappeared off the face of the earth and then left the company. Their staff turnover is incredible. My recommendation would be to avoid this company at all costs.
