The customer service is amazing! Mimmi patiently took care of me to help me figure out which size fits me best. I had a lovely experience.

Cute store, nice staff, but they don’t refund for returns, only gift cards. However, strangely the refund is available for online purchases.

Ett fint ställe, bra presonal(säljare) men urusel returpolicy. Finns ingen ångerrätt och pengarna slängda i sjön. Kommer aldrig handla där igen.

Best service I’ve ever received from any store, especially with it being my favorite brand. Well stocked too compared to the Stockholm store. Wish I could have bought more but the staff were lovely and wanted me to make a memory here. They even sent me an email about beautiful tourist attractions and an amazing curation of restaurants! Hope to come back soon. Thank you William!
