Pas de dosette pour la machine à laver le linge alors qu ils en donnent pour le lave linge sinon ils auraient eu 5 étoiles. Très Fonctionnel. Bon électroménager. Lit confortable. Proche métro.

We had a very disappointing experience with Beautiful Apartments. After staying in one of their studio apartments—which we left in a tidy condition—we were unexpectedly charged for three extra hours of cleaning, bringing the total cleaning time to eight hours for a small space. When we repeatedly asked for proof that they had actually paid for these additional hours, we were told the documents were confidential and could not be shared. Even after we reluctantly paid the charge, they refused, despite multiple requests, to provide an official document confirming that we have no remaining debt to them. This has left us in a very vulnerable position, with no written assurance that they won’t send further arbitrary charges. Unfortunately, based on their Google reviews, this seems to be a pattern—many guests express frustration over unexpected fees and a lack of transparency. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly recommend reporting them to Konsumentverket, the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Expensive and they try to avoid doing anything. The representative that handled my stay in Gothenburg was very unfriendly and dismissive. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in how my questions were handled.

My heat was broken in my apartment for 6 weeks over Christmas and January and they did not really care. I also have not been compensated and the have decided to ignore my requests for rental adjustments. Avoid at all costs.

Awesome apartments, awesome customer service. I spend 3 months with them and they made my life in Stockholm easier. The have always a smile to you, the change everything really fast and they really care about your stay. I can only say that I recommend them 100%.
