Due to the two ladies working here this may be potentially the greatest 7-11 in the country. Toppen service!

I came here at around 13.15 today looking to buy a västtraffik card and I have never been so ill treated in my life. I asked the Lady at the counter a question and was ignored, she just kept on talking to her colleague like no one was in front of her, I repeated my question because I assumed she didn’t hear me and she responded aggressively with “AND I SAID YES, WHAT DO YOU WANT” I had to leave the store because I didn’t understand what about me, got her so triggered. Nobody deserves to be treated this way, not me or anyone else. It doesn’t take out of you to be kind to all kinds of people. If you don’t want people who look like me in your store, that’s okay but kindness is important and it’s the bare minimum for a good customer service.

I have to say everytime i come here the ladies working in this 7/11 are SOOO nice, smiling, kind, have amazing energy and are very hardworking!! I moved to gothenberg 3months ago for work and it can be lonely, but everytime i come in this specific shop the ladies are so warm and great!! I hope they are well paid because their customer service is the best I have seen so far💫

Stans bästa 7 eleven, allt tack vare stjärnan i kassan.
